Global Commodity Exchanges

One convienent feature of commodity futures contracts is that they are traded in standard units that govern specifications and the size of the contract and are traded on organized exchanges.

 CBT: Chicago Board of Trade

DME: Dubai Mercantile Exchange

NYMEX: New York Mercantile Exchange

Euronext.LIFFE: London International Financial Futures Exchange

LME: London Metal Exchange
